Grooming cancellations: All appointments that are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance are subject to a $20 late cancellation fee.
Grooming Late fee/cancellations: A late-fee of $5 will be charged every 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time. A no-show 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation.
Grooming No Shows: No show appointments will be charged the full service amount for missed appointments. You cannot make a future appointment without paying full amount.

If you come to acquire your dog before you have been called for pick-up, your dog will be sent home as is/unfinished.
Your pet becomes very excited when you arrive and the grooming cannot and will not be continued for safety purposes. Grooming requires the use of sharp tools and working on an overexcited dog can lead to injury.
No matter the state your dog is in, you will be charged the full price of their grooming service.

- All dogs must be leashed and under control in all parts of the facility including the parking lot.
- Under no circumstances are clients allowed behind the desk or unaccompanied in the facility beyond the lobby.
- Reminder emails for Boarding, Daycare, and Grooming services are sent out 24 hours in advance - if you are not receiving these emails or need to update your email address please let us know as soon as possible.
- All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations for Boarding and Daycare.
- All dogs must be spayed/neutered to participate in daycare.
- All dogs must pass a Daycare Assessment before participating in daycare.
- Dogs that are not provided with EXTRA food for their stay will be charged a food fee.
